Aside from listing photos and your listing description, 3D tours were rated the most important piece of media to prospective buyers when searching for a new home. We use a system called iGuide which is the ONLY system to provide accurate room measurements of the home down to 1/4inch from 40 feet away! Make sure the tax records are accurate before you potentially cost your client thousands.  Each 3D Tour will come with downloadable floor plans with room measurements. You can even measure on the screen to check to see if a particular piece of furniture will fit within the space! We also offer this service as a Zillow 3D Home for agents who are involved with Zillow ShowingTime. Please note that the measurement accuracy and the final product is not the same as the iGuide.

Video is a good way to get more eyeballs on your listing but it's an even better way to get more eyeballs on you - the agent! We offer a variety of different styles of video depending on whether your marketing focus is through social media, your website, Google Ads, or the MLS. While not required, we always encourage you to put your face on camera as a way to market yourself so you can increase your leads and thus your bottom line.

Drone photos are a great way to give your listing an extra pop and are an absolute must if you have a lake or land listing. Rest assured that we are FAA Part 107 Certified allowing us to not only provide high quality drone photos, but also legal drone photos!
